Message	I have a 93 with hicas and to tell you the truth I hardly even notice a difference. But hicas is always on, it just reacts differently at different speeds. its something like this slow speed = turns opposite of front wheels medium speed = turns opposite then with front wheels high speed = turns with wheels. But no I don't think thats normal
